| Several months ago TROT were approached
by ITV Meridian to see if we would be interested in featuring in the
new series of Horse Sense. Needless to say we jumped at the chance!
Many emails and telephone conversations later a crew of riders were
lined up with a camera crew in hot pursuit.
This gave viewers an opportunity to find out more about the TROT
scheme and even provide the non-horsey public with an insight into
an alternative equestrian activity.
Our gang of five were asked to take the camera crew for a ride
on a toll ride (KE29) so viewers could experience off-road riding.
To get this ‘rider’s eye view’ a camera was strapped
to Kadiya’s hat. The first attempt provided the Meridian crew
with wonderful footage of the Lenham sky and tree tops. After a
slight re adjustment to the camera angle toll ride footage was captured.
